APS Aviation story began in Germany, in 2002. Mr. Wolfgang Dillbaum founded APS in Munchengldbah. Wolfgang started the APS in Germany with the idea to provide better spare parts supply and support to world wide customers.
APS started from Mr.Dillbaum’s home end only after one year grew significantly and enough to move to a dedicated location.
In 2007 APS Germany moved to the facility where they can be found even today.
2008. APS Germany delivered the first aviation spare parts to the Serbian Ministry of Defense through the efforts of a local Serbian company run by Nenad Spasić. In 2010. APS Serbia was founded by Nenad Spasić and Wolfgang Dillbaum.
The original idea for Serbian start-ap was to carbon copy the APS Germany business model and become a wholesale located in the heart of Eastern Europe where the whole region can be serviced.
Due to the size of the market and multiple market obstacles, the original concept was abandoned almost immediately, and APS Serbia moves into brokering and projects-on-demand business model.
Pending Company registration in India / Applied for trade license in December 2021. Strategy for APS India is to handle complete civil portfolios which the APS group carries, on top of these APS India will increase capabilities through the development and production of:
– Micro airports in India
– UAV launching pads in India
– Cargo UAVs – through its daughter company AiReal in Serbia and India
– Cargo UAV logistics operations on micro airports and launching pads
– Green channel for port in EU and operations as well as the development of cargo capabilities of said port
APS India is to become a private trading company by March 2022. APS India will develop branch offices in strategic Countries in dedicated regions. All defense opportunities from Indian and other MODs will be transferred to operation and delivery by APS Serbia a sole holder of a license for the trade of dual-use, military equipment, and armament.
